Founded in 2020 by Lavell Juan, an experienced lawyer, 2X exited founder, and former collegiate athlete; and Daniel Leibovich, former military operations branch lieutenant and semi-professional athlete; both seasoned video gamers. In July 2020, fellow gamer, Will Simpson, was brought in as Co-Founder and CTO to focus on engineering, application development, and solutions architecture.

Lavell is a former collegiate athlete, a corporate lawyer, and a serial entrepreneur who understands, and has started and sold companies in the sports and esports industry.

Lavell has been a corporate attorney for over 15 years. He began his practice at one of the world’s top international law firms, Weil Gotshal & Manges, LLP, where he advised major corporations and emerging growth companies at all stages. Lavell left private practice to pursue his dream of becoming an entrepreneur.

Before launching Brag House, Lavell had two successful seven figure exits. In one venture, he spearheaded and developed a financial platform designed to maximize the economic potential of NFL rookie athletes through access to investment opportunities and luxury brand partnerships, which he sold the intellectual property rights of the financial platform to a Big 4 Bank.

Daniel Leibovich
Daniel Leibovich

Daniel is a dedicated and effective operations leader who has held several operations positions for 15 years. He excels at using proven methods and cutting-edge-technology to successfully cut costs, streamline operations and increase productivity.

Daniel started his operations career in the IDF (Israeli Defense Forces) where he served for four years at a lieutenant rank in a highly classified division in the Operations Branch. This includes direct ties to projects such as the Iron Dome to name one example.

Once returned to the US in 2011, Daniel co-founded and held senior operational roles in numerous startups, while obtaining his B.A. in Financial Economics, where he graduated cum laude from Columbia University.

Daniel is also a former athlete who played professional soccer for 3 years in the youth division team in Israel and is an avid gamer since the first days of PlayStation 1 in the mid 90’s. He, successfully, has been able to bring his vast experience in operations and gaming to co-found and jointly lead Brag House to create a holistic esports community for all gamers.

William Simpson
William Simpson

William holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida and has been in the technology consulting industry with Accenture for nearly a decade. He has managed client accounts from the public and private sectors that focused on Health and Public Service, as well as Communication, Media and Technology. He has experience in Application Development, Solutions Architecture, and Data Engineering with a variety of large projects prior to joining The Brag House in 2020.

Will is a former athlete, avid gamer, and technology enthusiast. He has been able to apply best practices gained from multiple large-scale projects to all technology verticals of The Brag House. With experience in contract and resource management, as well as technology, he has a track record of quickly constructing teams of skilled technology specialists to meet the growing needs of numerous Fortune 500 companies.
